Terms & Conditions of Fresh Travel Services

General Regulations

By making a payment for any product/service on Fresh Travel's website, users are considered to have read and agreed to the general terms of use as well as the specific conditions of each type of service.

When booking, users provide personal information and agree to receive our monthly newsletter via email (can unsubscribe anytime by sending an email with the subject “Unsubscribe”)

Payment Policy

Payment Methods:

Cash at Fresh Travel office

Cash at the user’s address (within the city)

Bank transfer as instructed by staff

ATM card, Visa/Master/JCB via online payment gateway

Deposit payment:

Deposit within 7 days from the registration date.

For late registration, refer to the "Late Registration" section.

Full payment

At least 15 days before departure, after which travel documents will be issued.

Travel Documents & Delivery

Types of travel documents:

Includes: confirmation letter, tour ticket, voucher...

Delivery methods:

At the office, delivered to the provided address, or via email/Zalo/SMS

Delivery fees apply for out-of-city or remote areas

Late Registration

Book at least 15 days before departure: payment within 2 days

Book less than 5 days before departure: same-day payment required

Service Cancellation/Modification & Refund

Read the cancellation policy of each service carefully

Cancellation requests must be sent via email

Force majeure cancellations: Fresh Travel is not liable for compensation

Refunds: processed within 7 working days

Airfare Policy

Tickets may be refundable, cancellable, or changeable depending on the airline

Airfare taxes are subject to frequent changes

Travel Insurance

It is recommended to purchase coverage beyond the mandatory insurance

Carefully read the benefits and exclusions related to pre-existing conditions

Service Prices & Surcharges

Prices are based on a minimum of 2 guests per room

Solo travelers may be subject to a single room surcharge

Hotels & Room Sharing

Roommate matching is not guaranteed

Room changes after tour departure: additional costs to be covered by the guest

Passport & Visa

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months

Fresh Travel can assist with visa/passport applications

Baggage

It is recommended to pack light: 1 suitcase/backpack (maximum 2 pieces of luggage)

Not responsible for any damage or loss

Inclusions/Exclusions

Not included: airport taxes, passport, visa, tips, personal expenses... (depending on the tour and itinerary)

Legal Responsibilities & Related Parties

Fresh Travel is the organizer and is not liable for damages caused by third-party partners

Committed to providing equivalent services in case of objective changes

Support for Special Needs Guests

Guests with disabilities, the elderly, and children must be informed in advance

It is recommended to travel with a companion if special assistance is needed
